Delivery - Charges and Timing

Domestic:

  • All prices displayed on our online store include GST and shipping within India.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Track Orders

  • Logged-in users can track their orders in the 'Track Order' section of the the website.
  • A notification email will be sent within 24 hours of shipping the product.

Order Processing and Delivery Information

  • All orders are processed at our operational center in Jaipur, India.
  • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Delivery Partners

  • Within India, we collaborate with reputable courier companies such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.
  • Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and a complete shipping address with pin-code and a nearby landmark for smooth delivery.
  • If the packaging appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package.

Multiple Orders and Shipping

  • Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping charges apply to each new order.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Standard deliveries do not include Sundays and public holidays as business days. Please consider this when estimating delivery times.
