Refund Policy


At Mandakini Silver and Crafts, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide you with the finest jewelry. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not available.


Damaged Products During Shipping

  • While we take utmost care in packing products for shipping, if your product arrives damaged, we will replace it.
  • To initiate an exchange, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. If a reverse pickup is not feasible, kindly return the damaged product within 7 days via a normal courier, and we will reimburse shipping charges upto Rs. 100.
  • Products sent back without consent from Team Mandakini Silver and Crafts will not be considered for replacement.


Replacement Process

  • Upon receiving the damaged product, we will send a replacement. If the exact product is unavailable, we will issue a "Credit Note/Coupon" with an expiry period of one year, redeemable against any of our products. No monetary refunds will be provided in such cases.


Inventory Mismatch

In rare cases where an order is placed but the product is unavailable due to inventory mismatch, our team will inform the buyer.

  • The buyer can choose an alternative product of the same value, opt for a credit note, or receive a full refund via the original mode of payment.
  • Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the customer's account within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank's processing time.


Trials and Damaged Jewelry

  • We regret that we cannot exchange jewelry creations damaged during trials after purchase. Please handle your purchases with care.


Return Procedure

  • Currently, we offer pick-up services for damaged products only in limited pincodes. If eligible, we will pick up the damaged product from your doorstep. For other areas, please ship the product back to us securely, and we will reimburse shipping costs upto Rs. 100.


Exchanged Item Delivery

  • Once the dispatched item reaches our center in Jaipur, the replacement product will be shipped, reaching you within our standard delivery time of 5 working days for domestic shipments.
  • If additional time is required, we will notify you in advance.
